This technology captures information unseen with the naked eye and allows us to create and build designs and construction drawings that are as perfect as possible. We execute the building part of the project precisely and take care of all the materials, scheduling, and every little detail of the job so you don’t have to. No stress and worry free.

Our Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind our work. At your Post Project Meeting, we will present you with our Gant Design + Build Warranty Promise. If there is a problem with our workmanship, whether it is 2 months or 5 years after the job is completed, we will be there to take care of it, for as long as you own your home. Adding new living space to the interior or exterior of your home adds equitable value to your property and we want to ensure that your investment is protected and secure. At your Post Project Meeting we schedule a 3-Week, 3-Month and Annual Inspections thereafter to ensure the value of your investment.

Single Point of Contact
You will be assigned a single point of contact Project Manager who will manage your project from sales, inception, design, pre-construction review, construction, final punch list, post project meeting and all follow up inspections. You will work and speak with other team members such as our designer, but you will always have a single person to contact if you have any questions or issues.

Clean & Safe Jobsite
We promise to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that minimizes the disruption to your family’s routine and schedule. Safety glasses when working, tarps laid down and dust barriers around work areas, no smoking, materials and tools stacked neat and tidy. Being considerate and respectful of your family’s needs and home is important to us.
